1. Booking an Appointment

You can book a doctor's appointment or a lab testing appointment on online booking or in English through our customer service.

You can schedule an appointment by sending a message (via WhatsApp or text) or by calling us during our opening hours. Our customer service is available by phone on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

2. Arriving at Costadoctor

Please, arrive at our clinic on time, ideally about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, check in at the reception desk.

Bring a photo ID with you, along with a list of your existing (if you have any) illnesses and medications.

If you need someone to accompany you to our clinic, please limit it to one person

3. Apply for insurance reimbursement
