Booking Terms

We reserve the right to make changes.

By ordering our services, I understand that I agree to the following terms (online booking, phone booking, message, other booking, or form completion):

  • I consent (as required by law) that Wikmed Oy (Costaklinikka) may store and process my data in accordance with the PRIVACY POLICY (https://www.costadoctor.com/privacy-policy/) throughout the entire service process.
  • I will verify my identity at the reception (Passport, EU ID card, driver’s license).
  • I confirm that the information I have provided is correct.
  • I will pay the fees and treatment costs related to the reception at the service location using a bank or credit card, or with a payment commitment (e.g., travel insurance).
  • I understand and consent that information about my visit may be disclosed to my insurance company if I am using travel insurance, a payment commitment from the insurance company, or if I pay for the visit first and then claim reimbursement for the treatment costs from my insurance company later.
  • I understand and consent that my information may be disclosed to third parties (such as other treatment providers or imaging or laboratory partners) to organize my treatment or follow-up care and examinations.
  • If the insurance company later cancels the payment commitment because the travel insurance conditions are not met, I agree to pay for the visit myself via bank or credit card payment link (email/sms) or by invoice (with a €20 invoicing fee for invoice payments).
  • I have reviewed the privacy policy at https://www.costadoctor.com/privacy-policy/
  • I have also reviewed the legal notice: https://www.costadoctor.com/legal-notice/
  • I understand that these booking terms may change between different service orders or bookings. I commit to regularly checking the booking terms and at least always when ordering or booking Costaklinikka’s services, to review and understand any possible changes to the booking terms.
  • I accept the cancellation terms below.

Cancellation Terms:

The booked appointment must be canceled at least 12 hours before the start of the appointment. For cancellations made later or for no-shows, we will charge the full amount of the booked service according to the service price list. The appointment can be conveniently canceled 24/7 by sending us a message: info@costaklinikka.com or via SMS/WhatsApp: +358 50 558 1199.

If the late cancellation or no-show cannot be charged to the customer via an invoice sent to the email or payment link, a €20 paper invoice fee will be added to the charge.

If necessary, all collection-related costs (lawyer and other fees) will be charged to the customer.

Can the booking terms be changed?

These booking terms or other legal contents referred to in the booking terms can be changed from time to time. We recommend that you regularly check the booking terms and at least always when you order or book our services, and review your consents accordingly each time. By using our services, your previous consent remains valid even if our booking terms or other legal information (privacy policy, legal notice, etc.) have changed. You can always change your consent to the booking terms or the processing of your data by contacting the data protection officer: info@costaklinikka.com.

Please note that if you do not accept our booking terms and/or privacy policy, we will not be able to serve you as our patient.
